OUR HERITAGE
A legacy rooted in the Scottish Highlands
For years, Drumad Estate has been dedicated to preserving the beauty, character, and traditions of Highland cattle. Nestled among Scotland’s rolling hills and quiet lochs, our estate is built on a deep respect for the land, the animals and the heritage we proudly continue today.
OUR STORY
Where Traditions Lives on
Drumad Estate Pedigree Highland Fold (Herd) was started in 2020. It began with three females, bought from the well-established bloodlines of the Haley and Earn Folds. We soon added a further 5 females, of varying ages, again, from carefully selected and proven bloodlines, before finally welcoming stock bull in 2021.
In 2022, we established the ‘Drumad’ line, with the birth of 3 calves. All of our cattle are well handled, quiet and halter trained. Our aim at Drumad is to maintain a small pedigree fold for showing, breeding and selling. All of our cattle are registered with the Highland Cattle Society and are part of a Hi-Health testing scheme.
PRESERVATION
We are committed to protecting the future of pedigree Highland cattle, through responsible breeding and long-term care.
LAND & NATURE
Our cattle graze across natural Scottish landscapes that have supported Highland folds for centuries.
FAMILY TRADITION
Drumad Estate remains family-run, with every aspect of the estate guided by passion, experience and respect for heritage.
